chicken breast halves

1 cup oil-free Italian salad

dressing

1½ cups salsa

1 teaspoon canola oil

1 garlic clove, minced

1 cup coarsely chopped

onion

1 cup coarsely chopped

green bell pepper

Dash of ground cumin

Pepper to taste

1 medium-size tomato, cut

into small wedges

½ cup reduced-fat

sour cream

8 flour tortillas, warmed

½ cup shredded reduced-

fat Cheddar cheese or

Mexican blend cheese

1½ cups salsa
